CURRACLOE UNITED became the first champions of the season when their win over Forth Celtic, coupled with Bree United's defeat in Campile, put them six points clear with just one match remaining in the Under-10 Premier Division.
Campile gave themselves a chance of catching Bree for runnersup spot when winning 2-1. Louise Butler scored for Bree with Gráinne Ryan and Chloe Banville replying with two very important goals.
Later in the day, Curracloe were at home and ran out 3-0 winners to crown them as this season's first league winners, with Sara Siggins, Elaine O'Connell-Sullivan and Lara Butler all scoring to give the home
side victory.
UNDER-10 DIVISION 1
Ballindaggin are just one victory away from winning the Under-10 Division 1 league after a Clodagh O'Leary goal gave them a 1-0 win at home to Fastnet Rovers.
Shelbourne kept their chances of finishing runners-up alive when beating Ferns United 3-2.
UNDER-10 DIVISION 2A
Duncannon remained top of a very closely-contested Division 2A when travelling to Tombrack and coming away as comfortable 7-0 winners thanks to goals from Áine Whelan with three, Sasha Walsh, Siobhán Rowe and Amy O'Grady.
Emily Bates scored the only goal of the match to give Kilmore a 1-0 win at home to Bridge Rovers, and St. Leonards also remained well in contention when beating Rosslare Rangers by a solitary goal scored by Fiona Ryan.
UNDER-10 DIVISION 2B
Moyne Rangers continued to impress in Under-10 Division 2B as they moved top when overcoming fellow challengers Gorey Celtic 6-4. Kasey Grant-Kehoe, Sarah Roche and Caoimhe O'Leary all scored one each, with Aideen Byrne getting a hat-trick for Rangers.
Deibheann Yeates and Amy Wilson scored two each for Celtic.
