A letter from Jim Hayes, Deputy Group Editor

Friday March 19 2010

Dear Reader, The Enniscorthy Guardian is about to change its website, offering you the chance to access enhanced premium content.

Your newspaper has served the local community for many years and we produce a superb package of local news, sports and entertainment content both in print and online.

Since we relaunched our website – www.enniscorthyguardian.ie – in 2008, it has gone from strength to strength, becoming the place to go for up-to-date information on Enniscorthy and beyond.

We will be introducing changes from March 22, 2010 so that wherever you are, you can be guaranteed to keep in touch with Enniscorthy by purchasing access to our superb premium content.

There will be multiple secure payment methods ranging from a micropayment for single articles to time-based subscriptions that provide access to all Premium content. All payments will be processed by RealEx, an Irish-based secure online payments company.

The Enniscorthy Guardian will be available on iPhone with the launch of our very own iPhone application. You can access the new mobile service here via Apple’s iTunes Store.

I am also pleased to announce our new print replica digital edition. This is an exact reproduction of the newspaper that you read online.

I thank you for your loyal support in the past and look forward to serving the community for many years in print, online and mobile.

If you want to contact us about any Enniscorthy Guardian service please use this link to email us, call 053 9140100 or drop into our offices at Castle Hill, Enniscorthy or Channing House, Upper Rowe Street, Co Wexford.

Yours etc..
