Attempted break-ins

THIEVES were active along the Old Dublin Road in Enniscorthy at the weekend, with at least two attempted break-ins, at the veterinary clinic and at the premises of Wexford Farmers' Co-op. The incidents, which occurred late on Saturday or in the early hours of Sunday morning, are being looked into by Gardaí.
Meanwhile, a file containing evidence gathered after last month's crash on the N11 north of the Blackstoops roundabout is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions. The collision has since claimed the life of Marshalstown man Pat Kelly whose funeral took place on Monday. The scene of the two car crash was examined by a team of forensic crash investigators.
