OYLEGATE YOUTH CLUB
There will be youth club in Oylegate Hall on this Friday evening, March 5, from 8-10 p.m. and the supervisors for the evening are Celia Nolan, Seamus Whelan, Bridget O'Neill, and Keith/Bryan.
VIVA LA MUSICA!
Singfest 2010, will be held in Wexford Opera House on Friday, March 5, an exciting musical tour featuring songs and music from around the world. The schools taking part will Glenbrien N.S., Clongeen N.S., St Endas N.S (Ballycanew) and Scoil Realt na Mara (Kilmore). Artistic director is Mary Amond O'Brien and assistant director is Eanna McKenna. Tickets cost €8 for an adult and €5 concession. School Concert at 12.30pm and evening concert at 8pm.
MASS
Mass will be celebrated in Oylegate Church on this Wednesday and Friday, March 3 and 5, at 9.30am and in Glenbrien Church on this Thursday morning March 4 at 9.30am.
PERSONAL ALARMS
The I.C.A. is approved to apply for grant to install Personal Pendant Alarms. To qualify you must be over 65 years old and either live alone or with people/person of similar age. This is not means tested. A personal pendant alarm is not a burglar alarm, but will alert someone in case of you taking a fall or becoming ill. This grant means that installation is free, but the annual maintenance fee is approximately €80. If you are interested please contact Cath Shiggins at 9138656 by March 7.

First penance for children from Glenbrien on Thursday, March 11, and from Oylegate on Wednesday, March 24.
DINNER DANCE
Oylegate/ Glenbrien ploughing association will hold a 50th anniversary dinner dance in the Ferrycarrig Hotel on Saturday night, March 13. Tickets for the evening are now sold out.

A coffee morning in aid of the Irish Guide Dogs Association was held on Thursday last, February 25 in Mernagh's Lounge, Oylegate. Many thanks to all who turned up on the day and supported the coffee morning.
