BROOKLYN Technologies director Alan Forbes has thanked all the supporters who helped the company to win a national competition. The Ballindaggin based outfit has scooped a €10,000 boost for their marketing budget after coming out on top in the 'Snap Printing Apprentice Business Start Up' event. The verdict was decided by email votes and the voters were clearly impressed with Brooklyn's latest project. The firm is gearing up to launch a device which will allow people who used vending machines to make their purchases using phone credit rather than cash.
