Bree Davidstown Community Games are holding a fundraising Table Quiz in Ryan's Lounge, Galbally on Friday, February 10th.
GAA LOTTO
The winning numbers for the most recent draw were 17, 18, 20 & 27. There was no match 3 winner. The lucky dip winner was Ita Connolly, Craan. The next draw will be held in Byrnes of Bree on February 8th.

The next meeting of Bree Hall Committee will take place on Monday February 13th at 8.30 pm in Bree Hall.

Well done to Catriona Carroll who won a bronze medal in the Leinster Junior Indoor Triple Jump in Nenagh last weekend. Entries for the U12 -19 are due to the Club Sec Clare Doyle this Wednesday, 1st Feb.
COMMUNITY GAMES
The U14 Co Quiz Final takes place on 16th February. Qualifiers from the local quiz trials are Adam Buckley, Sarah Byrne, Mary Byrne, Peter Kelly, Colm Parnell, Sarah Phelan, Ciara Parnell and Eoin Murphy.
Other county finals are as follows; Solo Dance on February 18th, Solo Music & Singing 3rd March, Recitation 9th March, Art & Handwriting March 10th . If anyone is interested in entering any of the above please contact Area Sec Una Doyle on 087-9704372.
MACRA
Best of luck to the Bree Macra na Feirme team in the All Ireland Capers Competition being held on Saturday next, 4th February. The final is taking place in Kavanagh Community Hall, Cappoquin, Co. Waterford, where Bree will compete against 6 other teams from Cork, Wicklow and Meath in what is sure to be a thrilling competition. Tickets are available at the door (€15 for adults and €5 for children) with the show starting at 7.30pm.
BREE UNITED
Congratulations to U14 girls Brid Byrne, Kathlyn Furlong, Aoife Cloke Rochford and Aoife Codd who have completed the training with the county league and have been picked for the county team. They will participate in the Gaynor Cup in June. Well done also to Oscar Hayre, Thomas Kennedy, Eamon Doyle, Liam Doyle, Canavan Reilly & Leigh Whelan who have completed the U11 emerging talent trials and have all made the county U11 team. The club had one winner in the Bunclody December draw when Mick Jordan won 14th prize.
A Dinner Dance to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Bree United will be held on April 20th in The Riverbank House Hotel. Tickets are €20 each. For further details or tickets contact Catherine Jordan on 086 8587937.
