DYSLEXIA ASSOCIATION

The recent church gate collection for the Dyslexia Association of Ireland held on the 14th and 15th January raised a total of €245. Many thanks to everybody for their generousity and support and to the collectors for their time.

LADIES CLUB

The next monthly meeting is Wednesday 8th February. New members are very welcome. The Ladies Club meets the second Wednesday of every month so come along for an interesting talk or demonstration and refreshments served after.

LADIES FOOTBALL AGM

The Clonee Ladies Football Club AGM was held on Saturday 21st January. Officers for the coming year are as follows: President - Thomas Browne, Chairperson - Ciara Scallan, Secretary - Sarah O'neill, Treasurer - Edel Kehoe, P.R.O - Celina Hayden, Registrar - Martina Kinsella, Child Officer - Mary O'neill. Team Managements are as follows; Adult - Larry Doyle, Minor - T.B.D, Under 16 - Ciara Scallan, Under 14 - Edel Kehoe, Under 12 - T.B.D.

Adult training starts back in early February. Thanks to all those who helped and contributed to our charity match, Over 30's Versus Under 30's, which was held in October. The total raised was €2,166 in aid of Hope Cancer Support Centre, Enniscorthy.
