ASKAMORE
HALL REFURBISHMENT: The works on Askamore Community Centre commenced last week and will be finished by the end of October. The new facilities will comprise of new office space, meeting rooms and other uses. Those who have not as yet committed to a sponsorship towards the fund can do so by contacting Paddy Byrne at 087 2310688.
The committee is delighted with the response to date and is very close to having the two hundred names needed to complete the project.
BIBLE STUDIES
Bible studies continues in The Prayer Chapel Askamore with Lynne Crowe on Wednesday evenings at 7.30pm withree Bibles, and all are welcome. Ring Lynne at 086 896 8551.
MOBILE LIBRARY
The County Wexford Mobile Library visits Askamore Car Park every Thursday from 12.30 to 1pm.

CAMOGIE CLUB
Congratulations to the U10 Camogie team who beat Marshalstown in the County semi-final on Sunday morning last. They will now play Craanford in the final on Saturday next Pairc Gorman, Wexford at 10 am. Your support would be most welcome. Best of luck girls.
LADIES FOOTBALL
Best of luck to Mairead Sheehan, Munny and Ciana FitzGerald, Clonee and to the Wexford Ladies Minor Football team who will play Tipperary in the All Ireland Football Final on Saturday in Freshford at 2 pm. Well done to the team on their brilliant performance when they beat Armagh last week in the semi final.
